Aadjhgkasdka Trying to sell my flat before the end of the week. So much to arrange, 27 people are interested in the room. I did want someone to move in halfway through the rent month so we could split the rent as I did when I moved in, but now I&#8217;m possibly doing myself out of £250 by picking someone who&#8217;ll move in next month because she seems really nice and is moving from abroad and needs a house.. Is niceness worth £250 when I have no money? I feel like I&#8217;m deciding what sort of person I want to be.. so do I pick the one person who wants to pay half the rent for this month but could buy any other house, or the person who really really wants this house but won&#8217;t move in til next month? This seems to be what I always do and then I always end up worse off. This would be a very easy decision if I had some money but I really don&#8217;t and the third year of uni is coming up and askdglkha. Being an adult is hard work, you guys.
